Production of left and right bodysides, 35 jobs per hour (70 bodysides per hour), two initial models to be increased in future without any restriction. This is the input date footprint for a production plant in the LATAM Region.

O.L.C.I.’s process solution with AGV’s allows the OEM to produce in batches, using the AGV’s to replace both the fixtures for the different models and the logistic racks, while production is running.

The consequence is a reduction of the initial structural investment, the possibility to expand model range without restrictions and the zero-loss launch of all future models.
