O.L.C.I. has created a new production solution, consisting of an automatic gantry equipped with 2 arc-welding robots with an integrated welding joint volumetric check and instantaneous correction laser unit, and 2 robots for welded joint brushing. This solution has drastically reduced optical checks and reworking operations.

O.L.C.I.’s process solution has been successfully used by an international train maker to assemble 25 m long aluminium extrusion profiles, joined together to form floor, bodysides and roof of high-speed train wagons.
