Welding left and right doors in the same line, we are able to divide the handling/loading side from the welding one, to guarantee the maximum saturation level of the equipment by using the robots full time, except for 5 seconds rotation time of the turntable with the clamping jigs.
The same solution can be used for hoods and tailgates if they are made of the same material.
This process solution allows to reduce the number of robots by 30%.
