This process solution has been studied by O.L.C.I. and implemented for the first time in the world to assemble and weld a tractor cabin, with a fully automatic process which has allowed to reduce the number of operator and increase quality and repeatability of the automatic arc-welding operation.

Cabin parts are manually loaded onto a carrier and automatically transferred into the welding station, where the geometry jigs pick up the parts and overhead sliding robots perform the whole arc-welding process.
